Jena, born and raised in Williamson County, comes from the Joseph family, a name with deep roots throughout Williamson County and the greater Austin area. As a third-generation real estate professional, Jena grew up around the industry and has built her career on relationships, local knowledge, creative marketing, and advocating fiercely for the people she represents.
Chris brings a story and skill set all his own. Born in Honduras and raised in East Austin, he grew up in a bilingual, entrepreneurial family where hard work, discipline, and taking care of people were simply part of life. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Chris brings a valuable perspective to #TeamDubon along with a strong understanding of commercial real estate. His experience and interests span retail, industrial, investment properties, and business-focused real estate, making him especially skilled at looking beyond the property itself and understanding the opportunity behind it.
But before there was #TeamDubon, there was simply Jena and Chris.
The two met young, fell in love, and married at just 19 years old. They have grown up together, built businesses together, weathered life’s ups and downs together, and are now raising their three daughters, Lili, Aaliyah, and Emma. Their family is at the heart of everything they do and is a big part of why they understand that real estate decisions are rarely just about four walls. They can affect a family’s future, finances, business, schools, lifestyle, and the memories they’ll make for years to come.
That same partnership carries into their work. Jena’s strengths in marketing, relationships, negotiation, networking, and understanding the Central Texas market complement Chris’s analytical mindset, business background, bilingual communication, and commercial expertise.
